PC Gamer gave Starship Troopers: Ultimate Bug War a 40 out of 100. The licensed FPS was called 'dull, uninspired, and devoid of the series' characteristic wit.' Enemy density is low, the bugs don't swarm anything like in the film, and the whole thing fails to find its footing. Fans of the movies deserve better.

PC Gamer gives the Minisforum AtomMan G1 Pro an 86/100. This compact mini PC packs solid gaming and productivity performance at a reasonable price. It runs hot under load and you'll need a USB hub, but as a gaming desktop or console replacement, it gets the job done.

Capcom's Pragmata earns an 87/100 from PC Gamer. The third-person shooter pairs Hugh, a stranded astronaut, with Diana, an AI android child, as they fight through a hostile lunar base. A hacking system layered on top of tight gunplay makes it one of the most satisfying action games in recent memory. Short at under 10 hours, but hard to put down.
Pokemon Champions review is out from Game Informer. The turn-based battles that made the franchise famous are intact and satisfying. The rest of the package is another story. Out now on Switch 2, iOS, and Android.

Mouse: PI for Hire review is in from PCGamer, and it's glowing. The reviewer calls it the best shooter they've played in a long time. The noir-style, rubberhose animation FPS brings together a set of elements that shouldn't work — and they do.
